Mohawk Digital/Offset Printing

Challenge: Mohawk Loop and Mohawk Solutions Sales books had to be completed quickly so that they could use them in presentations to their merchant customers.  Due to the complexity of the project, there were multiple rounds of proofs and quality control checkpoints that were imperative.  With the tight turn-around time Excelsior’s account representative had to quickly gather new information minute by minute.

Solution: The first round of books was printed on the HP Indigo press to ensure that Mohawk had enough samples available for sales meetings. Digital printing allows for quick turn-around and shorter runs so it was a perfect fit for the job.  The Excelsior account representative hand delivered proofs and final books to customer.

Results: Books were delivered on time and Mohawk was able to use them in their presentations. Once all details were finalized Mohawk printed a large run of this job, which was printed on an offset press.
