Paula LaBonte

Paula brings over 23 years of printing, manufacturing and account management experience to every encounter with a client.  As the first customer service representative at Excelsior, she continues to carry her customer-focused viewpoint  into her new sales role. Paula’s expertise has helped clients develop sophisticated marketing and contact development programs, inspired profitable collaborations between client companies and broadened our abilities to meet client’s demands for creative solutions. Paula has a sincere desire to help customers take their business to the next level. “It’s not uncommon for customers to ask me what more can we offer that fits their needs and I love working side-by-side with  them, developing programs that inspire them to grow.” Paula is very involved with her church, as a member of their Missions Committee Group and as a volunteer with various other outreach programs.  She enjoys working in her garden and spending time with loved ones and close friends.  She and her husband are life long residents of the Berkshires.
