What's the best way to get you a file?
The best way to get Integrity Graphics and its divisions a file is to send it to us via our File Transfer Protocol (FTP). FTP is a standard practice used to transfer computer files between a client and server on a computer network. At Integrity Graphics and its divisions, we will set up a secure FTP to ensure all of your files are kept private.
What's the best way to set up a file?
The best way to set up a file for print at Integrity Graphics and its divisions is to create a hi-res PDF with 1/8” bleeds and trim marks.
How much room do I need for bleeds?
Bleeds enable us to run artwork and images to the edge of a page. At Integrity Graphics and its divisions, we like to have 1/8” bleeds for all custom print jobs. On books more than 1” thick, we prefer to have ¼” for the covers. We offer full color or black and white printing options using state-of-the-art equipment.
How much room do I need for spine?
To set up the spine of a book, we measure the thickness of all of the text pages combined and add 1/32” to that number. This is used for perfect bound books only. Saddle stitched books do not have a spine. What kinds of coatings are best to produce my piece on?
At Integrity Graphics and its divisions, we provide customized print projects printed on a variety of paper stocks and sizes. There are different kinds of coating for different stocks. Coated stocks include, gloss, satin, dull and soft touch. On an uncoated sheet, Integrity Graphics and its divisions use a lay-flat coating.
What kinds of things do you do that would make my piece stand out?
At Integrity Graphics and its divisions, there are a variety of things we can do to help your custom print project stand out from the crowd. Our purpose is to focus on you, the client. We employ state-of-the-art materials and technology our clients know and demand. We have built a team of experts who can help you determine the best and most effective approach to any custom print project. With four facilities spread across the Northeast, we are able to develop and execute a strategy that is most beneficial to our clients. A representative example of this is to use a spot varnish or a spot UV coating. Soft touch coating or specialty inks can help too depending on the application.

At Integrity Graphics and its divisions, we use stock paper from Lindenmeyr Munroe and Sappi North America. Both businesses offer a variety of different stocks.
